I began my business back in 2012 as a Virtual Assistant. After workinging with several clients I started seeing a repeated pattern with my clients that were using services by others and not getting what they asked for or what they paid for. Either the projects were not getting completed to the clients satisfaction, and getting charged at a ridiculous high rate or they wern’t getting completed at all.
After seeing this time and time again, far too many times to count. I decided to put my 20+ years of office management skills to use again. I created TheOfficeManager.biz.

Lisa Silva is the owner of TheOfficeManager.biz. Lisa is very organized and has a great mind when it comes to time management and getting things done. She has a great sense of what it takes to get your business to the next level. She has 20 plus years experience in office management in several different industries. She has a large resource of professionals that she partners with to make sure her clients get top quality service at an affordable price and will be treated fairly in the end.
Elizabeth is a former US Army Soldier, and was also airborne. She is a full-time contract employee now in the IT field for the Army. Elizabeth holds a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Development and is in a Masters program to get a degree in Cyber Security. Elizabeth is the Office Manager for TheOfficeManager.biz, as well handles all social media content creation.
Kailei is a full time student at COC majoring in Chemistry. Her aspiration is to one day work for NASA. Kailei checks in people visiting the Steamwork Center on Wednesday morning for those who attend 1 Million Cups in Santa Clarita. She also handles all the day-to-day process for TheOfficeManager.biz. I would like to recognize Kailei for her caricature drawing featured on this website. She is truly talented and a dedicated team member!
